• Start to Finish coordination / direction
• Initial meeting to understand the wishes and expectations of the client
• Help select and book professional vendors
• Selection or help in selecting event venue
• Unlimited phone calls and e-mails
• Assist or create invitations and manage RSVP
• Keep vendors informed of venue site rules and regulations
• Set up transportation as needed, i.e. party bus, get away vehicle
• Go over guidelines with officiate for ceremony
• Select music under clients direction
• All necessary meetings with vendors
• Acquire and prepare decor
• Create a detailed itinerary, contact sheet, timeline, and map out directions
