Why Firework Event Planning?
What makes US different from other planners?
Here are a few reasons we think you should choose us;
• Our philosophy – Our clients are the most important thing to us, if we didn't have you we'd be out of a job! That's why we do everything possible to make your event just the way you want or need it to be. We work hard so you don't have to. Our goal is to make things as stress free as possible.
• We truly care, – we are not a company that feels like you are 'just another client'. We want each person we work with to be completely happy. Planning each event as we would want our own to be planned, no matter how many hours it takes. For weddings we partner with our couples to personalize their wedding into something special, that reflects their personality. For corporate events and parties, we make sure it's an event everyone will be impressed with!
• We do not nickle and dime you. – Lots of planners will charge you for every phone call, limit the number of emails and texts, and have only certain hours you can contact them. We realize you have a busy schedule, and we want to make sure you are taken care of anyway.
Why Firework Event Planning?
• We work with MANY different kinds of people, so our thought process is open and diverse. If you are set on traditional ways, or cultural ceremonies, we will make sure it's done.
• If you want to do things a little less than traditional, that works too! From having your puppy be the ring bearer, to any kind of food bar you can think of, we've got you covered.
• If you want to have a GREEN event, and make sure everything is biodegradable, or recycled, that's easy enough.
• Each event we do is unique, and creative, our events will not be 'cookie cutter', it all has to do with the personality of our clients, and event theme.
Whatever you need we can get it done.
Why hire an Event Planner?
There are many reasons.
• Time - Are you currently working full time? Well if you’re planning your own wedding or event, then you’re adding another full-time job to your already busy life. It’s very time-consuming. Important things like contacting and negotiating with vendors, invitations, making each detail and design aspect you’ve envisioned come to life, and assuring each moving piece of your day flows seamlessly, is lot to coordinate.
• Money Saving - Many people think that hiring a planner is only for those who have a lot of money, but that’s not always true. Planners are an extremely wise choice- budget, or no budget because they can actually help you save money. Planners know how to make sure you’re not overpaying for your vendors and help you to cut costs in many ways. We also help you manage your money while determining what percentage of your budget to allocate where, in terms of what is most important.
• Details - Your important day is finally here, but without a properly thought out day-of timeline, things can go wrong. We coordinate the timeline with the venue and all of the vendors involved. It’s so detailed, that it contains information from the moment you wake up until the moment you drive away for the night.
• Professional Responsibility - Your friend or family are not a substitute for a professional planner. The most important role that friends and family can play is as celebrator and companion. You don't want them to miss out because they are helping. So, even if your friends/family members are playing an active role in the planning process prior to the day, they will be free on the day to enjoy. On a related note, even the most well-intentioned friend might get distracted by having a few cocktails, or catching up with an old friend. Many times, it’s best not to blur the line between friend and worker. A planner can devote many hours to your event, since it is her job to do so. Friends or family members may be very creative and/or reliable, but that doesn't mean they have the skill and knowledge, that come with experience in event management. A professional planner brings expertise on everything from table settings, to ceremony music, to timelines.
• Manager - Even if you have done all the planning, someone needs to be in charge of overseeing and answering the questions of your vendors and helpers. The more helpers you have, the more complex the task of managing becomes. If you choose not to have a planner, you will likely be the one expected to manage it all.
• Knowledge - No guess work. You don't have to try to determine the best vendors or look online for reviews. A planner knows the vendors who will provide quality service that will fit your budget. And which vendors will be reliable.
• Extra Hands - You can’t be in two places at once. How can you supervise/set up, and get ready? Or be at the ceremony site, as well as the reception site getting that ready? Or greeting and hosting your event as well as managing it?
• Less Stress - You don’t get married or have that fundraiser every week. Planners are doing multiple events each and every month. They are on top of their game with a schedule to go by and know how to keep your plans on target. Every event will have some challenges and you want to be able to focus on enjoying every moment. A planner will take care of any issues or challenges that come up, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration, stress free.
